# Notifications

> Choose which email notifications you receive about comments, suggestions, review requests, automation runs, and page feedback in your Mintlify dashboard.

Choose which emails Mintlify sends you from the [Notifications](https://app.mintlify.com/settings/organization/notifications) page of your dashboard. Notification preferences apply to your account only. Each member of your organization manages their own preferences.

Notification preferences don't affect your [inbox](https://www.mintlify.com/docs/dashboard/inbox.md), which shows comments, mentions, suggestions, and page shares in the dashboard.

## Email notification types

Turn emails on or off for each event.

| Category | Events |
| - | - |
| Comments | New comments on a page, replies to threads you follow, `@` mentions, thread resolutions, and reactions to your comments. See [Collaborate in the editor](https://www.mintlify.com/docs/editor/collaborate.md). |
| Pages | `@` mentions of you in the content of a page you have access to. See [Mentions in page content](https://www.mintlify.com/docs/editor/collaborate.md#mentions-in-page-content). Review requests, if your project [requires review before publishing](https://www.mintlify.com/docs/editor/review.md#require-review-before-publishing). |
| Suggestions | New, accepted, and rejected suggestions. |
| Automation runs | Succeeded and failed [automation](https://www.mintlify.com/docs/automations/index) runs. |
| General product feedback | Positive and negative [page feedback](https://www.mintlify.com/docs/optimize/feedback.md). |

Comment, page mention, review request, and suggestion emails are on by default. Reaction, automation run, and feedback emails are off by default.

## Organization contacts

Admins can manage organization-wide contact emails on the [General](https://app.mintlify.com/settings/organization/general) page of your organization settings.

* **Security contact email**: Available on Enterprise plans. An email address that receives security-related communications. See [Security contact](https://www.mintlify.com/docs/dashboard/security-contact.md) for more information.
* **Admin contact emails**: One or more email addresses that receive billing alerts, deployment notifications, and other communications about your organization.
